Rhonda is here to make your experience with Home Comfort Hygienist easy, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish. From booking your appointments at times that work best for you, to answering questions and guiding you through services and billing, she is your go-to support every step of the way.
She helps ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, so you can focus on what matters most—your comfort and care. With a friendly approach and attention to detail, she’s dedicated to making every interaction simple, clear, and welcoming.
Kristy Tripp
Community Growth Coordinator
Kristy and Kyria first met while attending dental assisting school together in 2010–2011 and have remained close friends ever since. Their shared passion for improving access to oral health care and supporting communities has brought them back together professionally at Home Comfort Hygienist.

In her role, Kristy focuses on building relationships within the community and expanding partnerships that help bring preventive oral health services directly to people where they live, work, and learn. She is passionate about helping grow Home Comfort Hygienist’s mission of making dental hygiene care more accessible and comfortable for everyone.
Outside of work, Kristy has a strong passion for travel and has spent time living and exploring abroad throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States. When she’s not working, you can often find her at the gym, spending time with family and friends, or relaxing at home with her two cats, Tony and Winston.
Kristy is excited about her new role at Home Comfort Hygienist and looks forward to helping Kyria continue to grow the company and expand its impact within the community.
Lamar Saunders
Business Development Manager & Growth Consultant – Home Comfort Hygienist
Lamar Saunders supports Home Comfort Hygienist in a strategic leadership capacity, bringing over 15 years of entrepreneurial and business development experience. In his role, he focuses on long-term growth strategy, partnership development, systems improvement, and overall business expansion.
As both Business Development Manager and Growth Consultant, Lamar works closely with leadership to strengthen operational direction, identify opportunities for sustainable growth, and support the continued development of the organization. His experience in coaching and business strategy helps guide forward-thinking initiatives that align with the company’s mission and vision.
